PLEASE NOTE 

• All orders have a 2-3 week turnaround time due to the curing process.
  
  
• All tags are custom made to your preference therefore no returns will be given. However if you are unhappy with your product, I am more than happy to rectify the issue.

• Although all tags are made with love, please be aware that there may be some imperfections. 
  
  
• Please be as specific as possible when personalising your tags.
  
  
• Contact information can be added to the back of the tags, however we are unable to add the full address, including postcode on XS, Circle, or Cat tags. (This will be shortened.

• If you are walking your dog in public, there is a legal requirement for an Id tag to be worn. It must contain the following: 

• Surname
• House Number & Postcode
• Mobile Number
