IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Although tags are durable, they are not indestructible. Therefore please ensure you take extra care of your tags by washing them in soapy water, keeping them out of sea water and direct sunlight, and keeping them out of reach of children or puppies.
- No returns are accepted, however if you are unhappy with your product we will do our best rectify the issue.
- It is a legal requirement for your pet to wear a tag containing the following details whilst walking them in public: Name, Address & Contact Number.
- All tags are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery. Please be aware that delays can sometimes happen.

From Friday 29 August 2025, all goods entering the USA will be subject to duties, regardless of their value. Royal Mail’s PDDP offering ensures these duties are calculated, paid to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and invoiced back to UK shippers—alongside a modest handling fee.
- Duties are assessed based on the item’s country of origin, using IEEPA tariffs—for example: UK-manufactured goods will incur a 10% duty.
- A flat 50p handling fee per parcel will be added to cover customs clearance administration. Postage prices remain unchanged.
